Originally built in 1961, Lyla Eastlake was fully transformed in 2021 with all new plumbing, electric, HVAC and fire sprinkler systems. Four additional residential units were added during the renovation process, along with a commercial unit. Our tenants also enjoy modern kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and view decks.
