Scheduled for Q4-2023 completion, Flow Eastlake will be one of Seattle’s only apartments to provide direct beach access to Lake Union. Kayaks and paddleboards will be provided for our residents to enjoy at their convenience. In addition to building a public stair climb connecting Fairview Ave to Eastlake Ave, we are building a special bioretention system to clean the I-5 runoff currently polluting Lake Union in front of our new building.
