Chris is a true veteran of ground-up construction and all types of building renovation. He has been a valuable partner to our team since 2003 when we built our first multifamily project in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. Although Chris has a long list of trusted subcontractors at his fingertips, he is personally proficient in most all building trades.
