Chris has been a trusted partner to our team for the past 18 years. He commands deep and broad understanding of real estate investment and management across a variety of real estate classes. Most significantly, Chris has established himself as one of Seattle’s foremost real estate experts.
As the Managing Partner of Grousemont RE, Chris invests and manages real estate portfolios for various ultra-high net worth families in the Northwest. His responsibilities include all aspects of acquisition, structuring and financing real estate. He specializes in industrial, office, student/multifamily, senior housing, hospitality, land and debt.
Prior to founding Grousemont, Chris was Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Bentall Corporation, an institutional owner and developer of Class A office assets throughout North America. Chris graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Construction Management.
