A seasoned expert in all aspects of construction, Albert co-founded of Shilshole Development in 2003. He believes in hard work and helping others. Passionate about improving our environment, Albert has executed on high-level sustainable systems such as greywater recycling, biofiltration, solar thermal heating and large solar power arrays. He enjoys finding creative solutions to difficult issues in the field, securing competitive pricing and occasionally jumping in to help the field crew.
After graduating from Spokane Community College with a degree in Industrial Electricity, Albert worked as a superintendent at R.J. Lambert Company and then started G&F Construction. Albert has successfully completed historic restorations, value-add renovations, as well as ground-up office, fee-simple townhouses, and mid-rise multifamily.
