In a joint venture with the property owner, Pike Station was built in 2015. The property is located in the heart of Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood and was one of the city’s first developments to implement an on-site greywater treatment system along with a 15,000 gallon cistern to harvest the property’s rainwater.
